How to get the Excel charts into MS-PowerPoint:
1. Copy the chart in Excel.
2. Start powerpoint, select your design and layout.
3. Select 'Paste Special' from the drop down menu on clicking 'Edit' in the menu bar.
4. In the dialogue box select 'Paste Link' and then 'OK'.
5. Edit the chart by dragging any of the 4 corner 'handles'.
6. If the data in the original Excel chart changes and you open the chart in PowerPoint, just 'right click' inside the chart and apply 'update link'. Your chart will reflect the data changes!
