Naming ranges and using them in formulas can increase your productivity in Excel
Select your data
Click on 'Insert' in the menu bar
Then select 'Name' and next 'define...'
In the 'Define name' window give an appropriate name as demonstrated
Finally you can see, it's easier to perform your calculations using a 'name'
